The commendable service from Jantaya made our experience memorable, along with the delicious breakfast waffles. However, the presence of dogs in dining areas was unsettling for me, detracting from the stay.

I was extremely disappointed during my stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, I found that the shower water came out yellowish and brown, prompting multiple room changes. The first two rooms had major issues, including faulty Wi-Fi and empty toiletries, which made my experience frustrating.

The location was simply fantastic, just a short walk to numerous restaurants and stores. The room was a true suite with ample space and an incredible shower, ensuring comfort during our stay.

I had a delightful experience during my recent stay. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, especially during my check-in. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, including delicious mini quiches. For future guests, arrive early for breakfast to avoid crowds!

I loved the location of this hotel. Plenty of amazing bars and restaurants just a short walk away. My room was pretty clean and surprisingly spacious. The kitchenette setup was impressive with a full-size fridge and stovetop. It felt like having a little apartment. The king-size bed was very comfortable too! However, the service at the lobby bar was really slow. I waited over 15 minutes to place an order and eventually gave up. I also had a hiccup with the shower water. it came out yellowish at first, but they promptly upgraded me to a better room. Though my third room had empty toiletries, the staff were nice and attentive. I appreciated that there was a great breakfast and coffee available in the morning.
